Belmont Grove film screening at the Great Migration local screenings

Belmont Grove Reclaiming Coaquannock will be screened at the following sites with other films as part of the Great Migration and Precious Places local screenings.  If you can, please join the screenings and spread  the word.

This film tells the story of how Belmont Plateau served as a powerful gathering space for Philadelphia's native communities from 1974-1992 and what impact the loss of that space had.

The entire Precious Places community history project will begin broadcasting on WHYY-Channel 12 starting next Tuesday, October 11 at 11:00pm (repeated on Sunday, October 16 at 12:30pm.)
The half-hour programs (each with 3 Precious Places shorts) will broadcast for the next 26 weeks. Belmont Grove: Reclaiming Coaquannock will be part of the premiere broadcast!
